HANIFE OZDEMIR

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Hanife comes from the beautiful country of Turkey, known for its many art facets including metal, glass, wood, and leather artwork, lamps, and stone carvings. She has been living in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. Hanife has a degree in engineering and has worked previously at Microsoft for over 8 years. She brings with her a wealth of IT, Software and Operations experience with focus on details.

She lives in Redmond with her husband, two kids and their loyal dog, Bucky. Outside of work, Hanife enjoys the peaceful joy of gardening, tending to plants, creating beautiful outdoor spaces and exploring the pacific northwest.

BAO-YEN

LEAD STAGER

Bao-Yen is a long-term and cherished member of the team, known for her positive, can-do attitude, unwavering dedication and always ready to take on any new challenge with a smile.

Outside of work, Bao-Yen enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Draco. She is  an avid baker, known for her delicious baked goodies. She is also a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, with a particular weakness for chocolate. Bao-Yen has a natural talent for painting and arts and crafts.

Carolina is a passionate and dynamic member of the team, known for her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

Outside of work, Carolina has a deep love for cooking, particularly crafting savory dishes. She loves exploring new places, experiencing diverse cultures, and discovering unique culinary traditions.

An avid reader, Carolina finds inspiration in a good book, always seeking out stories that expand her horizon. Carolina is also the proud founder of a local tea company, driven by her true passion for tea and its rich, comforting flavors.

SOFIA

Sofia is dedicated and enthusiastic, known for her strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Outside of the work, Sofia loves travelling. A passionate home cook, She finds joy in experimenting with new recipes and sharing them with her loved ones.

Staying active is a big part of Sofia’s lifestyle, whether it's through regular workouts or hitting the trails for a hike.

MARIA

Maria is a valued team member due to her ability to bring passion for both collaboration and innovation.

Outside of work, Maria is deeply committed to her faith and regularly participates in Bible studies to grow herself spiritually.

As a music enthusiast, she is always exploring new genres and artists to fuel her creativity. She is also an avid foodie, with a particular love for Mexican and Thai cuisine.

LAILA

Laila is known for her collaborative spirit and dedication to achieving the best results to every project she is involved in.

Outside of work, Laila is passionate about fitness, making regular workouts a key part of her routine to stay strong, focused, and energized.

In addition to her commitment to personal health, Laila is also an avid professional photographer, with a keen eye for detail. Photography allows Laila to express her artistry and technical skill.

JESSICA

Jessica is known for her team spirit and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Jessica finds joy in the relaxing art of crocheting, crafting beautiful handmade items with patience and care. When She is not crafting, you can find her spending quality time with her adorable Shih Tzu, Spike, whose playful personality brings constant joy and laughter to her life.

Sibel brings years of experience in sales and marketing, making her expertise and insight an invaluable asset to the team.

As a dedicated parent to two children, Sibel is always on the go but still makes time to focus on her love for cooking healthy, delicious meals for her family. She also enjoys staying active through swimming and dancing. At home, she is often accompanied by her cat, Miya, whose playful personality adds charm and companionship to her daily routine.
